You need a moment to think of the lies you’ve told different people, so you can get your story straight.

Your friend can’t seem to remember what happened.

But the truth is…

They remember everything.  They just want you to tell them about it…to see if you remember.  If you can’t, they’ll change the whole story, so that it favors them.  They’ll say, “No!  It went like this…”
